These terms cover work requested through North Desk. Sending a job or approving a price means you agree to them.
The work
North Desk handles small digital jobs — writing, social media, website updates, research, and computer help. Every job is quoted before work starts. No charge is due until you approve the price and turnaround.
What we need from you
You confirm that you have the right to send the materials you share (copy, files, screenshots, images) and that they can be used to complete the job. We do not take client passwords or account logins. Screenshare, or you drive. You are responsible for reviewing finished work before you publish or send it.
Revisions and scope
Small, reasonable revisions can be included depending on the job. A larger change in scope is a new quote. If a request is not a fit, we will say so before any payment.
Payment
Payment instructions are sent once the job is approved. Ongoing Help is billed monthly at the quoted rate and can be stopped at the end of a billing period.
Returns
Work is quoted in writing and paid before it starts. If a deliverable doesn't match the written quote, email hello@getnorthdesk.com within 7 days. We will fix it or make it right in writing.
