North Desk is a remote creative and computer help service. This page explains what we collect when you send a job and how that information is used.
What we collect
When you submit the job form, we receive the name, email, category, description, turnaround preference, and any budget or file/link you choose to include. If you email or call us, we also receive whatever you send in that message.
How we use it
We use job details to review your request, send a price and turnaround, do the work, and follow up. We do not sell this information.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics so we can see how people find and use getnorthdesk.com (pages viewed, device, and referrer). Google processes that under its own terms.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by email to North Desk. They may pass through the email provider used to send the message. We keep job details only as long as needed to complete the work and keep ordinary business records.
